Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before accessing, using, or obtaining any materials, information, products or services. By accessing, dripcustomz.com either on desktop, mobile or otherwise (herein known as "Our Website") you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
DripCustomz accepts major credit cards, e.g Visa, Mastercard, Discover, etc. We do not store this information and any credit card transactions are encrypted through our SSL secure checkout to protect your information.
DripCustomz will entertain returns for manufacturer defects or otherwise, given the item received is in its original packaging and original condition and not used extensively. DripCustomz accepts returns of products with return shipping to be paid at the expense of the customer. Any customer wishing to process a return is encourage to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our sales representatives will be in touch to assist with the return process.

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are not currently able to ship orders to Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience.
DripCustomz provides worldwide shipping through a variety of shipping carriers, depending on the destination country. DripCustomz advises all customers that orders may take minimum of TWO (2) weeks to be delivered to the customer. Most orders arrive within 18-20 business days, however we cannot be held liable for shipping times outside this window. DripCustomz makes no guarantee of shipping times. Once an order is fulfilled and a tracking number is sent to the customer, DripCustomz is not held liable for shipping times. We make every effort to expedite the process as quickly as we can. However, based on volume of orders, shipping destination and item purchased, we cannot guarantee shipping times.
***NOTE*** if you receive a tracking email with a broken link (tracking number doesn't exist, etc.) you may track your purchase here:
DripCustomz customers wishing to receive a refund are encouraged to contact us at email@example.com. DripCustomz will happily entertain full refunds for orders not yet shipped. Orders that have been shipped and have a tracking number generated will not be eligible for a refund.
These terms include an arbitration clause and a waiver of your right to participate in a class action or representative lawsuit.
DripCustomz reserves the right to modify these terms, for any reason at any time, by posting a new version on Our Website. Please review terms periodically for any changes.
